Return & Cancellation Policy 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Each of our Ghandoras is custom-made especially for your order. Please make sure to carefully double-check your size and the exact design before placing your order to avoid returns. However, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after you have received your item (the “cooling-off period”). This is in line with EU consumer protection rules. 

• To cancel, you must notify us in writing (via email or our contact form) within the 14-day period.

• Once you have informed us of your cancellation, you have 14 days from that notification to return the goods back to us. 

2. Return Shipping
If you use your right of withdrawal and want to return a product:

• You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the item to us.

• Please make sure to return the item in a reasonably safe condition (preferably still in its original packaging) so it is protected during return.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item (or proof that you have sent it), we will refund you the full purchase price, including the original delivery cost.

• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide evidence that you’ve sent them.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Faulty or Defective Products
If there is any issue with your item (for example, it's defective, damaged, or not as described), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a fair solution — such as a replacement, repair, or refund — depending on the situation.
