GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – VALERIASSOUK

1. Our brand

The website www.valeriassouk.com is published by Valeriassouk, a refined design house devoted to the creation of bespoke women’s garments. Each piece is conceived as a timeless expression of elegance, individuality, and artisanal mastery.

Guided by a philosophy of exclusivity and refinement, Valeriassouk celebrates the art of couture through meticulous craftsmanship and a deep appreciation for detail. Every creation reflects a harmonious balance between contemporary sophistication and enduring style and approach commonly associated with luxury fashion houses and couture traditions.

2. Products

All creations are made exclusively to order and produced in limited quantities, ensuring exceptional quality and a truly personal experience.

Each garment is carefully crafted with the utmost attention to fabric, structure, and finishing. Due to the handcrafted nature of our process, subtle variations may occur, enhancing the uniqueness and authenticity of every Valeriassouk piece.

3. Production and delivery time

  • Orders for our Ghandoras can only be placed via our website during specific launch windows. These windows will be announced in advance.

  • Once the launch window closes, the website will temporarily go offline until the next scheduled opening.

3.1 Production Time

  • Each Ghandora is custom-made to your order, reflecting our commitment to slow fashion and sustainable craftsmanship.

  • Production takes approximately 4–6 weeks, after which your Ghandora will be shipped as soon as possible.

3.2 Delivery Times

  • Sweden: 1–3 working days (tracked letter)

  • Europe (EU): 2–6 working days (tracked letter)

  • Rest of the world: 6–18 working days (tracked letter)

3.3 Important Notes

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or transport delays.

  • For countries outside the EU, customs processing can significantly extend delivery times.

  • Additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.

3.4 Import Taxes and Duties

  • If you are importing from outside the EU, you are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or other fees. 

  • Customs value typically includes the item price plus transport costs.

  • In Sweden, VAT on imports is commonly 25% for most goods. 

3.5 Risk & Responsibility

  • Once the package is handed over to the carrier, any risk of damage or loss during transit lies with the carrier.

  • We take care to pack all items securely to minimize the risk of damage.

3.6 Order Tracking

  • Every order is sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • We will provide you with the tracking information when your order is dispatched.

4. Adding Hammam Collection Products

  • If you want to add items from our Hammam Collection to your Ghandora order, please reach out to us via Instagram DM or email. We’ll help you integrate them into your order.

5. Returns and exchanges

Each piece is made to order and sometimes personalized. For this reason we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed.

In the event of a proven defect or error on our part, we undertake to provide a suitable solution, such as a rework or reproduction of the part concerned.
